We are proud to be the first gelateria in Siesta Key to make organic handcrafted Italian gelato using the process and equipment found in the best gelateria’s of Italy.

In fact the process is so unique, so special, that we want to show it off. We make the Gelato daily and you are welcome to stop by and watch us make it!

Our organic gelato is made with USDA certified natural ingredients. The gelato is kept in closed cases, safe from bacteria and impurities, at a constant temperature of 5 degrees Fahrenheit.

Our cups and spoons are made of 100% recyclable corn fiber. The organic cones are made from gluten free, kosher certified, vegan waffles.
